This site is NOW CERTIFIED under the North Carolina Department of Commerce Site Certification Program.
Location: Aberdeen, NC at intersection of NC 211 and SR 2077
Ownership: Aberdeen & Rockfish Railroad Co/Sandhills Area Land Trust
Site Data: 153 acres, elevation 420-460', not subject to flooding. Wooded (Pine trees).

This site is composed of Hoke County Regional Industrial Park sites 1 and 2, combined with additional property owned by the same land owner. This site is NOW CERTIFIED under the North Carolina Department of Commerce's Site Certification Program.
Location: 3 miles southeast of Raeford and 6 miles southwest of Fayetteville, NC on NC Highway 20 in Hoke County.
Ownership: Z. V. Pate Corp. (Optioned to Hoke County)
Site Data: 1,366 acres (all owned by a single property owner); agricultural zoning; 225-230 ft range of elevation (MSL); not subject to flooding
Boundaries: North: property line, South: A&R Railroad and NC State Highway 20; East: A&R Railroad and Old Wire Road; West: property line
